Short notice? We hold a working inventory in Brisbane — small bookings can usually be turned around in 48–72 hours. Larger custom builds need 1–2 weeks of lead time depending on the scale.

four steps from brief to strike.

The whole event-hire process is geared for speed. We're used to brand activations that decide on Wednesday and bump in on Saturday — and bigger custom builds where the planning runs three months ahead.

Tell us the date, venue, headcount and the look you're after. Phone, email, or send a Pinterest board — whatever's fastest.

step 02

concept & quote

You receive a fixed quote and a concept (or a mood board) within 48 hours. Approve it and we'll lock in the booking.

step 03

bump-in & styling

On the day, our crew bumps in to fit your run sheet. On-site adjustments, last-minute additions and touch-ups before guests arrive.

step 04

bump-out

When the event is done — either that night or the next morning — we collect everything clean and leave the venue as it was.
